4.1. After an order is received on prettyparty-bg.eu  by User the automatic e-shop system informs the User by e-mail that their order is successfully received.

4.2. Only successfully received orders are being dispatched. When packing the ordered goods, the user is notified by SMS that the goods are delivered to a courier for transportation to the respective address.

4.3. The ordered items are not delivered on Sundays and official holidays.

4.3.1. Delivery time to Romania is 2 - 5 days depend on the region. For atypical addresses for which the sender is not sure the recipient will be at the address, we urge shipments to be sent to the nearest office or preferred by the recipient. Speedy's network currently includes more than 430 offices in Bulgaria and continues to grow. For those recipients who want to receive their shipment at an address, we recommend that the delivery be directed to Monday or will use the option of extra payment for delivery to an atypical address Saturday at the amount of BGN 3.60. with incl. VAT as the recipient's current mobile phone is a must for successful delivery. Unusual are the few addresses that are not part of the usual weekly visits of business addresses of Speedy's clients with agreed-upon working hours for a Saturday visit.

4.4. The seller uses courier “Speedy”, usual hours of delivery are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

4.5. Orders are delivered to a concrete address given by the User.

4.6. Delivery prices are based on the price and the weight of the order.

4.6.1. For orders up to 300.00 RON(Lei) or 99.00 BGN

Final prices incl. all taxes and fees.

4.6.2. For orders over 300.00 RON (Lei) for Romania - free shipping and 99.00 BGN for Bulgaria- free shipping to speedy office.

4.7. If the User does not provide access and conditions for delivery of the goods to the address within the specified period, or if he don't go to the designated office of Speedy to receive the goods on time, if this option is selected, the Seller shall be released from the obligation to meet the requested delivery.

5. PAYMENT

5.1. Payment of the ordered goods can be done with the "cash on delivery” method – cash to the courier upon delivery.

5.2. For each ordered item, the user has to pay the price, specified in the e-shop at the time of the order. The price of each item can change dynamically.
